It is essential to note that these guidelines believe that only one person is cooking while the above guidelines are for perfect food truck conditions. On the food items sold there can be more than three workspaces depending, and a work triangle is not every time valid nor practical. Whilst using the standard work triangle one as a point of reference, take into account the size and the preparation of your food and beverage.
